Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an M&R / Electrical Work Planner to strengthen their project team.

The Role

As a Work Planner, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery from a technical and organisational perspective. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams, you’ll ensure projects are fully prepared, documented, and ready for successful execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HVAC, electrical systems, or building automation who enjoys combining technical coordination with project support.



Responsibilities



* Preparing technical project documentation and work files
* Creating and modifying electrical diagrams and plans
* Producing material lists and managing purchase orders
* Coordinating deliveries and supporting project scheduling
* Assisting Project Managers and field technicians
* Reviewing technical datasheets and execution documentation
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
* Managing project administration and site documentation



Desired Experience



* Technical background in Electricity, Automation, or Electromechanics
* Experience within HVAC, Measurement & Control, or Industrial Electrical environments is advantageous
* Knowledge of E-plan, AutoCAD, or similar design software
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Technically minded team player with attention to detail
* Dutch language skills required; French is beneficial
